Reports

This is where you access and analyze detailed reports for your payroll data, it consists of different reports;



Activity Logs/Audit Trail

Activity logs is a detailed report of all the activities that take place in a particular period in your Zoho Payroll organization. With this report, you’ll be able to compare and review if any wrong data was entered in your organization.

To view the Activity Logs report:
Go to Reports from the left sidebar and select Activity Logs/Audit Trail.





Payroll summary

This report shows the complete overview of payroll expenses and distributions across all employees. You can also access specific locations/ business unit report. You can filter columns you don’t want visible, reports can be exported in csv and also be printed.

To view the Payroll Summary Report:
Go to Reports from the left sidebar and select Payroll Summary.  


  

Tax Summary

This report shows the comprehensive tax calculations and withholdings for compliance reporting. You can also access specific locations/ business unit report. You can filter columns you don’t want visible, reports can be exported in csv and also be printed.

To view the Tax Summary Report:

Go to Reports from the left sidebar and select Tax Summary. 





Pension Contributions Report

This report shows the Employee and employer pension contributions under Nigeria's Pension Reform Act. You can filter columns you don’t want visible, reports can be exported in csv and also be printed.

To view the Pension Contributions Report:

Go to Reports from the left sidebar and select Pension Contributions





NSITF Insurance Report
This report shows the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund contributions for workplace coverage. You can filter columns you don’t want visible, reports can be exported in csv and also be printed.
To view the NSITF Insurance Report:





National Housing Fund (NHF)
This report shows employee contributions to the National Housing Fund scheme.

To view the National Housing Fund (NHF) Report:

Go to Reports from the left sidebar and select National Housing Fund (NHF) Report





Loan & Repayment Report

This report shows and analyzes employee loan balances, repayment progress, and outstanding balances.

To view the Loan & Repayment Report:

Go to Reports from the left sidebar and select Loan & Repayment Report
