Company profile

How to set up or update your company profile:

To make any changes to the Organization Profile, you must be an Admin.

1.    Log in to your Exxforce Payroll account.

2.    Navigate to the Company Settings page in Settings.

3.    Update the fields across the following sections as needed
4.  Click save to update your preference


Basic Details

The Basic Details section includes your company’s logo, company profile, Department, Locations, Business Unit, Designation, Leave Types, Approval Flows

Company Logo: Upload your company logo to personalize your employees’ payslips, and email templates


To Upload Company Logo:

Navigate to the Company Profile page in Settings.

Click Edit Logo.

In the popup, choose a file and click Open.

To edit company profile:

Navigate to the Company Profile page in Settings.

Click on edit company profile

Enter/ Edit your Company details under Edit Company Profile

4

Click Save Changes
